A deep mysterious drop to an ocean unknown. In light of dark unseen. Stone trodden fear frontiers in a patchy stone of sand revealed. Treading expecting a sensation of an alien kind. A feeling that cannot be referenced, an emotion that seems unjustified. The sky an endless wonder, a reminder of my own perspective and relevant irrelevance. A seemingly dome like expanse beyond my reach but just within my comprehension. I turn and look back at the town sat housed on this fragile coast. The moon sits knowingly, gleaming relentlessly from the future now into my past.
